I'm Heidi, almost 36 and have just a few pounds to lose, i've done SBD before, and seem to go back and forth. I post also on the gym rats board. My goal is to lose and keep off these last five pounds. I have gone off and on SBD several times, have done their official web site, but I don't want to spend the money on it.
Anyone else here? Returning back to phase one???

Since you only have a few pounds to lose and you know how SBD works, I would suggest that you re-start with phase 2.
Check this out and let us know what you decide to do: Tempted to stay longer on (or return to) Phase 1 to lose more weight? Learn how this will stall your weight loss.
If you truly have carb cravings, you can do a few days of phase 1 to gain control. Then move on to phase 2 from the beginning - adding one fruit and one grain each day.
Don't forget to eat - it's important to feel 'satisfied'!!
