I usually buy the Dannon Light n Fit fat free vanilla yogurt. Is this ok? It's sweetened with Splenda and doesn't appear to contain HFCS.

In phase 1.....add some vanilla extract and splenda to non fat plain yogurt and it is very similar to light n' fit vanilla.
Wow, those recipes are AWESOME! I have been having trouble finding low-fat, sugar free yogurt of any kind. I can get the low-fat, but there's always sugar in some form or other. This will be very helpful!

All yogurt—and all milk products—contain lactose, a naturally occurring sugar that’s low on the glycemic index. For this reason, there’s technically no such thing as sugar-free yogurt. Just be sure that sugar hasn't been added and that sugar isn't listed in the ingredients.
I've sweetened and flavored nonfat plain yogurt with those crystal light on the go packets, the ones you add to your bottled water. Is this okay?
Is crystal light an acceptable beverage?
Thanks!
Yes to both questions!
Sugar free jello powder is also a great way to flavor yogurt.
Crystal Light is fine to enjoy.
