Goodmorning everyone,
Well....I am finally getting "back on the beach." I started in late June and had very good results - lost about 8lbs.. I was on and off for the rest of the summer and have now made a commitment to really stick with it. I am going to get back on P1 and start fresh (I may stay on P1 for a week and then go right into P2 - we'll see how my body responds). After having 2 babies in 2 1/2 years I want to get back into eating right and exercising for the long term. I look at old photos and remember how good I felt and how much I enjoyed wearing smaller clothes! I think I'll post some of those pics. on my fridge:))! It's all about a lifestyle change and there are really a lot of good choices when it comes to eating on this plan!

Hi Becky, glad you're here! That's a great idea about putting old skinny pics of yourself up on the fridge for motivation -- think I'll do the same! :-)

I'm trying to shed that last bit of baby weight too! I've done the SBD a few times (wedding;o) and really enjoy it. I'm on Day One and very excited! I'm joining the YMCA and am fired up to work out....i took the summer off exercising.
Good luck and i too will be putting skinny pics on the fridge.
