Well I have decided to start South Beach diet again. I was on the sb diet last year and lost a woping 50 puonds!! But to my luck I broke my knee and gained 10 pounds back and then I quit smoking and gained another 15 pounds. Then a few months later I got pregnant and gained 40 more pounds. So needless to say I gained it all back. I am on Phase 1 and just wondering if i should change anything or add anything because I am breast feeding my 1 month old baby. I figure that I am eating more healthy than I was before so that should be ok. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

If you are breastfeeding you should be in a fullblown Phase 2.
