HELP ME!!!!

I am having oral sugery tomorrow- I am scared to death. So, I will be MIA from the board until next Wednesday. I need some ideas on what to eat after my sugery the doctor said soft food. Someone help me.

Not sure exactly what you are having done, but I had oral surgery years ago and it was not nearly as bad as everyone had me thinking. I was back to myself (maybe a little soreness) in a couple of days. SBD food-wise...let's see: sugar-free jello, ricotta, sufar-free popsicles, mashed cauliflower "potatoes", some of the phase 1 soups. And once you're feeling a bit better, you can probably chew things like tuna, salmon, cheese, low-fat lunch meat.
That's all I can think of now...but i'm sure other people have even more ideas!
If chewing will be out of the question for a few days I'd make a chicken soup.
No, Triscuits are for phase 2.
Make a pot of soup for after your surgery. Very satisfying.
Good luck and feel better soon!
Don't forget about smoothies.
Sorry, I didn't realize this post was in the Phase 1 folder.
