Greetings all...
I started SB last March and was doing quit well...then summer hit and the hectic schedule and vacation...well I decided to get my act together and go back to the beach...I figured I should start with phase one to rid cravings but I haven't been "sticking" with it...I'll do good and then have something I shouldn't...yesterday and today I added a grain with breakfast...Should I go ahead and move to phase two or try to do one more week on phase 1 and really stick with it to get rid of the cravings? All input welcomed! TIA

Do you really have cravings?
I think you're on the right track - move on to phase 2. If you WANT grains and fruits you should have them. You'll be more satisfied and less likely to stray from the plan. Be sure to eat regularly to keep your blood sugar levels stable and drink lots of water.
