I been on the SBD for 9 days and I've been very good, no cheating. My office is moving and my boss bought our department pizza. Some of my co-workers think its rude that I declined to sit in lunch with them. I do not want to get guilted in eating pizza, its great toppings of green peppers and mushrooms but I do not want to be craving. I like the motto which may be bad out of site out of mind - this is why everything that was remotely bad in my house I threw away. I am not discipline and I know this. I am just frustrated now and of course I do not want to tell people on SBD b/c then the comments start flying.

It sounds like this already happened, right? Well there are a couple of ways you could handle a situation like this. Sit in with them, but graciously pass on the pizza and eat the lunch you brought for yourself. Say something like, "I already brought my own lunch and I'd rather not waste it".
Something I always say so people don't push me into eating something that I don't want, is to tell them that I have an allergy or illness that prevents
Good advice ladies. I posted a similar excuse I use, "I've found sugar/carbs etc messes up my complexion." I say, use whatever you need to to politely, but firmly take the pressure off yourself. No one should be offended by a person trying to eat healthy, and if they are - IT's THEIR PROBLEM, not ours.
