I don't think i'm getting enough veggies each day. I always have a big salad and some steamed veggies, but that's usually only lunch and dinner, no veggies in between. What types of veggies can you suggest that travel well and can be nibbled on (I can't spread out a big salad or something at my desk)for a snack. One problem...I don't liek the texture of celery (the veggie that everyone suggests). And can you suggest SBD friendly dips or soemthing to go with them?

Some of my favorites:

pepper strips
raw string beans
cucumber strips
cherry tomatoes

A little ranch dressing in a tiny rubbermaid container is a great dip.

I like the spiciness of radishes, and baby carrots are always in the house because of the kids. I dip both of them in hummus.

I also like to take a drained can of asparagus and drizzle with oil & vinegar dressing or some of Annie's Goddess dressing.

Wait until phase 2 for the carrots.
