Ok, on Tuesday it will be my last day of phase 1 and I've only lost maybe a couple of pounds.  I have a lot too lose so it's not that and I have stuck to this faithfully no cheating.  I am on Armour Thyroid and my new dr. isn't wild about it so she will be switching that I think.


Do I stay on phase 1 longer than 2 weeks to try to get some weight loss started?


Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks Karen and I've lost only about 3 pounds and have a minimum of 50 to lose.

It sounds like you are off to a great start. The nice thing about SBD is that you don't have to deprive yourself. Your smoothie recipe is a great way to get your dairy in - while feeling like a treat!
