Here I am on day1. I have decided to try and journal regularly (especially through this phase) to help keep on track and so that if any of u have dietary suggestions you can post them for me!
I weighed in this morning at 151 ( I will try not to weigh in again until next Wed.)
Today I plan on going for a 2 mile walk.
Food for the day:
Breakfast - 2 tbsp. pb, and a glass of skim milk, and coffee - any suggestions on flavouring coffee without using creamer?
Snack - cottage cheese with some green onions
Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs with salsa and feta cheese
Snack - carrots and cucumbers dipped in dressing
Dinner - chicken breast baked, with a salad, and green beans
Evening - a cup of green tea or a diet coke
I hope that I'm on track with this today. ANy tips are welcomed and appreciated.
