I made it through day 1 quite successfully. I only got a short walk in as my baby started to cry and I had to turn around, but a little is better than none at all.
Today the plan is:
B- coffee, 2 eggs scrambled with salsa and cheese (yummy!)
S- none (I had a late breakfast)
L- leftover chicken breast and green beans
S- diet coke and cucumbers with dip
D- chicken curry loaded with veggies(delicious)and a side salad
Evening - sf jello and tea
I may get in a walk this evening, but no time today!

Oops!
I forgot about that. I'll add a glass of milk and some nuts in with a snack today.
And parm cheese on my curry!

Cheese doesn't count towards dairy.
I'm glad to see you are adding some milk, but want to point out that cheese is not considered dairy on South Beach. For dairy, we choose 1% or skim milk, plain low-fat soy milk, sugar-free flavored low-fat soy milk, and non-fat plain yogurt.
