Hi everyone!
I'm on Day 2 of SBD, and I have a few questions. I always seem to be hungry even though I eat till I'm full at my meals. It's like I fill up but it goes away so quickly! I am eating the snacks and have been eating hard boiled eggs, canadian bacon, and V8 at breakfast. The salads with meat I'vehad at my other meals don't seem to be cutting it. Any suggestions?
Also, has anyone out there gone on South Beach while being treated for anxiety/panic disorder? I feel like the changes in my body chemistry may be setting off my panic just a bit. I keep telling myself that's all it is but it would be nice to hear from someone else who has been through it...

Hi Meg,
Glad you decided to post. You might want to post a full day of meals so we can check them out but two things that always get highlighted by us are to make that
1) sure you're getting a full 4 1/2 cups of veggies per day and
2) to make sure you're getting 2 cups of milk and/or yogurt per day (cheese does not count toward the recommended dairy requirement).
Also, I always down a glass of water with a little Crystal Light in it when my tummy starts growling, helps take the edge off. Then if I'm still hungry, I'll have a cheese stick or some V-8.
Not sure about the panic thing, maybe someone else will be able to chime in...
