morning all, today is my second day on sbd. for breakfast i had two eggs, two slices of turkey bacon and 1 cup of tomato juice. for snack i think i will be having some cottage cheese what do you guys think about that, and how much can i have. thank you gordita

A snack that combines protein (1 oz.) and vegetables is encouraged.
Print out the Phase 1 Meal Planning Guide and post it on your frig -- it is important that you learn how to do this yourself (not that we aren't here to help!)

Hi. I just wanted to chime in to clarify that cottage cheese is considered a protein. So a 1-oz. portion of cottage cheese along with a vegetable would be a great snack.
