Cravings still have a hold on me

I am on day 9 of Phase I. I have been trying to curb my chocolate cravings with sugar free hot chocolate at work and mocha ricottas every night, but it is not working! I bought some sugar free chocolates today and had 4 of them (serving size is listed as 5), and I'm just hoping I don't get diarrhea. I know the sugar free chocolates aren't always good, but I was DYING! I have to drive by a Hardee's twice a day and I just fantasize about that M&M milkshake. That whole "cravings will be virtually gone" thing just doesn't work for me. Anyone else?

By the way I have not lost any weight, but I think my clothes fit a little better. It's a little discouraging for day 9. :(

Hi Carrie,

Great job so far!! Don't worry about the scale yet - if your clothes are feeling better you're on the right track.

I'm surprised that the hot chocolates, ricotta cremes and sf candies aren't working for you. Try the SB peanut butter cup with a big glass of milk. Are you sure these are really cravings and not just "wants"? It's hard, but hang in there.....

You CAN do this!!

Carrie,

You might also want to try a "legal" milk shake if that's what you're craving.

My craving began to go away starting on Day 11. It took the FULL 2 weeks.

Don't be discouraged.

Lisa.
