OK. I have lost 6 pounds! I am finally seeing results. Despite the fact I have been sick. I still stayed on the plan. Also I am going to plan my meals in advance like you guys have been talking about. Also plan to cook most of the food on my days off. I hope to lose at least two or more pounds by the end of Phase 1. I must admit I am afraid of going to Phase 2 because my cravings are not under complete control and I struggle everyday (but not cheating). I am paying attention to what triggers my cravings. I notice after drinking a diet soda I start to want candy. So now I try not to drink any diet soda. Also I have not incorporated my exercise in the plan. That is my next step. We have a free gym at my job so I am going to use that. It will save me a ton of money. Gyms are expensive.
