Newbie on Day 2

Good morning all!
I am new to the board...but on Day 2 of SBD. I followed the diet a couple of summers ago with great results. I was not exercising at all then and still lost about 15 pounds in the first two weeks! Now I am working out with a trainer and giving the lifestyle another shot. I'm hoping to get the same or similar results as last time. Just got to get through the next couple of days and I know the cravings will disappear. I remember going through this the last time and after the fourth or fifth day, I wasn't hungry at all - I had to remind myself to eat!
This board seems like a great forum for encouragement! Good luck to everyone today! :)
