hello!
I am a newbie to SB. My husband did it and lost a good amount but then fell off the wagon..
We both started again on Wed. As of yesterday I was down 3 lbs.. today when I checked I was up 3 lbs but I think that it was because I was dressed and had already had a lot to drink. I usually weigh myself 1st thing in the morning. (I am trying not to get upset..lol)
I have done weight watchers and lost 50lbs. Unfortunately I had to take some medication and that put it all back on. I am now able to lose weight and can't wait to get back into all my skinny clothes that I bought last yr when I was thin. I just want to feel healthy again.
I have been all over this board and have found so much helpful advice and information.
I am looking forward to getting back to the gym tomorrow morning!

Hi Heather,
Welcome.
If you're going to rely on the scale you've got to weigh yourself under the same circumstances each time.
Thank You Cathy,
I am actually petrified. I did Weight Watchers and it was wonderful. It was so hard on me to stay on the program and still gain 55lbs. My Dr was helping me all along and knows that I am still in good health despite the weight gain.
I worked so hard and was happy with myself. Now I am here again, needing to lose the weight. I just want to feel good and be back to "myself". I am just so afraid that it won't work.
I am not worried at all about cheating or following it. I know how to keep myself on the program. I am finding that I am not hungry a lot and not eating as much as I should. I think that I will pre plan all meals and snacks so I know what I "have" to eat.
Thanks for the encouragement.

Heather,
Pre-planning is a great idea and that's what keeps me on the program.
Heather,
Hi and welcome! I look forward to getting to know you!
Hi Heather -- just adding my welcome! Glad you're able to get back on a weight loss track and that DH is along for the ride, his support will be critical. Don't be scared -- you'll feel great eating all this healthy and delicious food and the weight *will* come off, even if it's slowly. Don't get frustrated, just stay on the boards and we'll walk you through it.
Good luck!!
Thanks for the great welcome!!
~Heather
