i wanted to know what the limits (are there any?) for oils/mayonaise/avocado? I also wanted to know about dairy limits, also whats included in dairy (plain yogurt? light cheeses?) Thanks!

The recommended amount of dairy for phase 1 is 1 to 2 cups per day. For SB, dairy is skim or 1% milk, plain, fat-free yogurt and ff soy milk. Here are the guidelines as well as some tips and recipes:
