Four days into Phase 1

Hello everyone - I have never posted anything on the boards before, but I sure have read through a lot of them!
I am into day 4 of Phase 1, and have lost 2.5 pounds thus far, which I am very happy about. I have tried Atkins before and did lose a quite a bit of weight, which I was able to keep off for a while - until I got married, and then, whoops, the pounds have crept back on. But now I am finally ready to do something about it!
Anyway, I am having mild headaches during the day (and I NEVER get headaches) that certainly aren't debilitating, but are quite a nuisance. Any suggestions besides pill popping to get rid of them, or am I just going to have to "wait them out?" I have been drinking plenty of fluids, so I don't think that is the problem.
Thank you for any suggestions

Mags gave you great advice on the headaches. I just wanted to pop in to say "welcome"! Feel free to post any questions you may have.
I look forward to seeing you around!
Hi,
I am sorry, I don't have any idea why you would have headaches. Could it be the change in your body?
Congratulations on your weight loss. I just finished week 1 and I am down 5.5lbs.
Good Luck!

Hi Spider-cat
Congratulations! I just finished day 4 myself. I lost a lot of weight on Atkins too and it crept back on. I thought South Beach sounded healthier. Keep up the good work. I am going to weigh myself at the end of phase 1 but I do feel like I have a lot more energy.
I felt like I was in a haze. Not exactly a head ache but some caffiene does help. Feel better.

This is my second time on phase 1 and both times I fel horrible days 2-4. I don't really remember headaches, but I did feel dizzy and like I was getting sick or something. Drinking a lot of water seems to help a little, and getting up to walk around helped me. I felt the worst when I was sitting still for a while.
