Just a question........The nonfat plain yogurt i bought has modified corn starch in it is that still allowed?

Another question...sorry.
I just realized that the artificial sweetner I have been using contains dextrose. How is this going to effect my detox state and also which sweetners don't have it.

The official word from the nutritionist regarding cornstarch in non fat plain yogurt is that it's okay.

Dextrose is not recommended.

I am just confused because Splenda the first ingredient is dextrose and the sweetner I am using is the same as the nutra sweet dextrose with maltodextrin, aspartame and i looked at the nutrasweet box and it is the same ingredients. Please let me know because I have alot of the other sweetner ;)
