Is this going to ruin everything?

I have been doing great on SB and I love it. Today I went to a Starbucks and they had pumpkin cheesecake so I bought a piece. I have been feeling deprived and have had lots of stress.. well I took 2 small bites and gave the rest to my friend.


That was really good for me and I feel good that I only had 2 bites... I am an emotional eater and am working on that. I felt satisfied though with just the 2 bites.


I plan in staying on phase 1 for 3 weeks which brings me to a week from Wed.


Am I going to be OK still or did I really screw up?

I was thinking that I wanted to detox my body more and that way I would feel better and be able to not eat as much.


I agree with what you are saying about starting phase 2 thought. I think that I need to mix it up a bit and try some new things.

Heather, congrats on your triumph over the pumpkin cheesecake -- now didn't that feel virtuous??! :-) I agree with Cathy, move on to Phase 2 and you'll feel a lot less deprived and working toward "normal" eating habits, which is really what this is all about.
