I made it tonight and it was AWESOME! It was like real french toast.. I did put too much splenda on top but it was GREAT!

This is the recipe that I got here..
French Toast SBD Style (Phase 1)
4 whole eggs + 4 egg whites 1 cup low fat or fat-free ricotta 1 T vanilla 1 T cinnamon Dash nutmeg 4 pkt. Splenda
Beat all ingredients and pour into an 8x8 baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Here's another quick version you do in a frying pan:
MOCK FRENCH TOAST2 eggs1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese1 tbsp vanilla extractsugar substitute to taste1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)Mix all ingredients in a blender. Cook in a skillet and serve with sugar-free syrup.
