stick to phase 1?

stick to phase 1?

i have been so proud of myself all week with sticking to ph1. i felt so different too.. felt that i was losing weight in my legs and bum.. that could also be the combo of weight training and the elliptical..
i didnt even have pms symptoms right before my period this time either! no bloating! no fatigue nor moodiness! but yesterday i went to visit my cousin who is due to give birth today.. and i asked her if she wanted me to bring lunch (that way i could pick up what is SBD friendly) she said no.. and sounded kind of offended that i asked.. and made a refernce to how shes capable of going out or getting us food and i didnt have to go out of my way. she's always been pretty healthy herself and doesnt eat a lot of bread etc.
but little did i know that friday is pizza day there... when i arrived she had already ordered in Sad i ate a couple of slices feeling guilty the whole entire time and i still feel awful.
should i just start with phase 2 since that meal blew it?
i feel absolutely awful............!!!!!!!!!
if i wanted to cheat i would have rather done so with red wine.

There's no need to move on to phase 2 unless you really want to. In other words, don't feel you HAVE to just because you ate pizza. You can consider it a small boo-boo and get right back on track with phase 1.


If you choose to move to phase 2, that's fine too.
