I need some uplifting right about now. The last 2 weekends I have eaten anything that was not nailed down. I'm frustrated and feel disgusted with myself. Do you recommend starting over? I had initially lost 14 lbs. I'm afraid to even get back on the scales.

Thanks so much. My cravings for sweets are definately there. I probably should go back on phase 1 for a couple of days. I am so afraid to get on the scales, Maybe I'll try to get myself back on track before I hop back on the old scales. Is it o.k. to skip breakfast? I have the hardest time eating when I am not in the least bit hungry. What do you think.

You shouldn't skip breakfast.
I would get back scale. You may be surprised that you gain a little weight or nothing. I slipped and I was ready to lose mind. All I could think was all that my hard work went down the drain. I got back on the next day. I am no expert or even that far along on the plan but it seems you are not over your cravings. Figure out what is triggering you. For me it was diet soda. I rarely drink it now. Also, look for meals that are close to what you crave and make them. Like for example if you love chocolate try the “legal chocolate shake”. I am constantly trying new recipes and new snacks on the plan. A little variety, eating all required your meals and water could help. Oh yeah, plan a head. I know it sounds like work. But you are worth it. You can do it.
