I just finished phase 1 of the diet. I did great....lost 10lbs. I started out at 146 and as of Saturday morning I was at 136. My goal is 130, my pre-baby weight. I was feeling great about the loss and on Saturday I cheated. I ate a few peices of pizza and on Sunday I was up 6lbs. I got right back on phase 1 and have been doing good today too. I just weighed myself and I am still up to 143!!! What the heck....is it really possible that I gained back 6 lbs. just from cheating 1 time? If so I don't think this diet is for me. I don't want one of those diets that are great until the second you start eating like a real person again.

Any advise PLEASE!!!!!!

I think you need to stay off the scale for a while.
