Hello- I am new and am trying to make sure I follow everything correctly. I used 2 TBSP of lowfat mayo today with shredded chicken and lettuce wraps for lunch. I had 30 pistachios for a snack. Tonight I planned on making a salad and was wondering if it's still ok to use Olive oil or I love a reduced fat ranch dressing (low sugar)...would this be ok in one day? I don't have much weight to lose so I want to pay attention to all the details so I don't get discouraged.

The guidelines for salad dressing is that it contain no more than 3 grams of sugar per serving.
