Veggies are not my favorite thing in this world. I do like Carrots, Cooked Brocoli, Green beans, onions, peppers, and a few others. I need help with snacks because of this problem. Also I do not eat cottage cheese or Peanut butter. HELP is greatly appreciated.

Welcome! Have you tried roasting vegetables? They are awesome! Just toss sliced veggies in olive oil and add a little salt and pepper. Roast at 400 or higher for about 45 minutes, turning frequently. Roasted broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper, onions and zucchini are my favorites. I make a big batch every week and then use them as a side dish, over things like burgers, in omelets, etc.

Just a note - you'll have to wait until phase 2 to add carrots.

All lf cheese is fine for phase 1 so it doesn't matter if you don't like cottage cheese. Look for varieties that have 6g fat or less per one ounce serving.

I'm glad you joined us - feel free to post any other questions you may have!!

Anything will work. It doesn't have to ba a "snack" food. I love to heat up turkey lunch meat to melt a little lf shredded cheese. Then wrap it up in a lettuce leaf w/ a little mustard. YUM!! You said you don't like pb, but what about nuts, postachios are my favorite.
I also will sometimes take some ham deli meat (no sugar added) and spread some laughing cow cheese on it and roll it up for a ham roll-up.

and buy a cucumber, peel and seed it, then dice it up and roll it up in your "wraps" for some extra crunch and to sneak in some more veggies.
