Day 3 and going strong

Ok is it possible to lose 3lbs in 3 days because that is what my scale is telling me. I keep getting on and off. I can't believe that is accurate. That just give me more incentives to stick to this way of eating.
Today's menu
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with 2 slice turkey bacon with lettuce and tomatoes 1 cup gren tea
Snack: 1 string cheese
Lunch: Broccoli, Salad, Mixed with Chicken breast strips, red peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Snack: Sugar Free Jello
Pre Dinner Snack: 15 cashews
Dinner: Pepper steak w/SBD suriprise Mash potatoes, Mixed veggies and half of oven baked greenpepper with 1/2 slice munster cheese. 2 cups milk with diet coco powder and splenda for extra flavor.
Daily Beverages: WATER
I work out daily. I was in a rush this morning so I fit in 20 minutes of cardio for my morning routine. When I got home this evening I prepared dinner and then did a 45 minute cardio routine.
I really feel good!!!!!!

That's great news, Stephanie! Yes, many of us saw rapid weight loss in phase 1. I'm glad it's motivating for you, but don't fall into the trap of expecting to see the scale move every day. Slow and steady weight loss and healthy eating habits is our goal!
