I have 2 questions
1)How come I can't eat chicken and is it just dark meat or can I eat white meat of the chicken
2)I exercise 4-5 days a week of 30-60 mins of cardio advance cardio should I tweak Phase 1 any

**I love the title of your post** I was thinking 'chicken dance' !


White meat chicken is permitted in any phase. We steer clear of dark meat because of the fat content.


If you want to continue the same rate of exercise and are finding that you are too tired and weak, you should move on to Phase 2. If you can do it and feel fine, that's great. The other option is to cut back on your exercise in order to complete phase 1. Here is some info worth reading: Exercise and The South Beach Diet.
