Day2 ....a few questions
| Tue, 12-05-2006 - 1:32pm |
Ok, so i have the book and have bookmarked all the cool links. Guess I just need to know a few things like once you start modifying the daily menus to what you like, is there some sort of formula to follow so you know you're not eating too much?
ie: breakfast (ate late today): cheesy frittate and a v8
lunch - South Beach salad
Now i'm hungry but should I be eating my celery and cheese or is that too much cheese in one day?
tonight we have a nice chili for dinner...how much is ok to eat? shoud I be eating a salad before hand?
is each meal a protein, a carb, and a dairy product?
how do you figure this all out?

Hi,
I think the Phase 1 "Meal Planning Guide" will give you the answer to these questions:

Cheese is a protein...so technically not limited.
Ok, so this afternoon I'm pretty hungry. I know that one of my big problems will be the dairy so I just had a cup of soy milk...with vanilla extract and some sugar subsitute. I also had my celery with the low fat laughing milk cheese (or whatever its called).
I'm currently baking those chick peas...would you say that's something I can just munch on if necessary? And for dessert is it ok to have light or fat reduced whipped cream with the sugar free jello?
I typically don't munch so much but I'm in my PMS week so i usually eat more. LOL
If you're feeling hungry you should eat.
Just popping in to say WELCOME!!! Cathy gave you some great information ~ let us know if anything else comes up!!
