Day 2 and hungry....

So, I'm not craving carbs although it was hard to walk through Costco today with all the sample tables out! LOL!!
I am hungry, though. Would someone mind looking at today's menu and tell me what you think?
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs and two slices of canadian bacon
Snack: celery sticks with salsa
Lunch: three butter lettuce leaves with deli turkey and swiss; 5 grape tomatoes with a splash of balsamic vinegerette
Snack: celery with laughing cow cheese
Snack: orange and yellow peppers with hummus
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: We're having hamburger patties, salad and some other veggie
I've also had 2 8oz servings of 1% milk.
I feel like I'm eating too many snacks but I'm hungry. :-)

Your menu is perfect! If you are hungry you should EAT! It's fine to have more (SB-friendly) snacks on phase 1 - it will help you get through the two weeks.
Keep checking in; you're off to a great start!
For me adding in more protein really helped out. Nuts, SF peanut butter, ricotta cremes (w/ PB), cottage cheese, and yogurt (if you can have that on Phase 1...can't remember)
That extra 'bulk' really helped to fill me up during that phase :)
