how does yesterday look?

If you can take a look at my menu yesterday and let me know if i need some tweaking that would be really helpful.
Breakfast
V8
Cheesy Frittata
Lunch
South Beach Salad
Snack
celery and one peice of low fat laughing cow
2 handfuls of roasted chickpeas
1 cup soy milk with vanilla extract and a pack of sugar substitute
dinner
Small green salad with 1 tsp blue cheese dressing
1-2 cups of chili
dessert
sugar free jello with 2 tbs light whipping cream

You are right on track!! The only question I have is "light whipping cream"....I assume you mean Reddi Whip Light or Light Cool Whip, right?
Keep up the good work and if you are hungry, it's fine to add another snack.

well i did munch on some red peppers and radishes with hummus at one point. Is there such a thing as eating too many vegetables or does it look like i'm not eating enough?
I know for sure that I'm not eating enough dairy....looks like I will have to have some plain yogurt after dinner tonight
There's no such thing as too many veggies!!
Have you seen the tips for flavoring plain yogurt?
