Okay so I have been doing good except w/ milk. I am on day 5 and have had no milk except cheese and thats under protein. So I don't like milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, ummm ricotta cheese any of that stuff what else could I do maybe take a calcium pill. I want to go into phase 2 doing the right thing so once I reintroduce carbs will that slow my process down. once I put milk back into the picture.
