P1- Day 10 Plateau???

Hi everyone! I'm on day 10 of Phase 1. I've been following the diet and feel great! The first week I lost 7 pounds! Now I'm on the second week and decided to incorporate more excercise (1/2 hour to an hour of cardio a day) into my program. I've been really good at watching what I put in my mouth-limiting caffeine to one serving a day, <100 calories from sugar free snacks daily, lots of veggies, lean meats & fish, eggs w/ measures serving of skim mozz & canadian bacon for breakfast, healthy snacks and so on. I was having some "regularity" issues and have been drinking a laxitive tea before bed and taking sugar free fiber once during the day. I haven't lost a fraction of a pound in the last 3 days and I'm wondering what the heck is going on! Any advice? Thanks!

The amount each of us will lose in phase 1 varies. A loss of 7 pounds in one week is amazing! Remember that phase 1 is designed to detox us of cravings and "teach" us how this works. Phase 2 is the real weight loss phase. The average, safe rate of loss in phase 2 is 1-2 pounds per week, though there will be weeks where you won't see the scale move. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!
