day 2- im new at this!

Hi! Im new so its great to find so many people here who are already on south beach! So I wanted to lose some weight maybe around 10-15 pounds (Currently at 145). Im hoping it'd only take a few months!
Right now, Im on day 2. Just had scrambled eggs with mushrooms, ham and a little milk.
But can anyone give me any feedback on what i ate yesterday?
Breakfast- omelet with parsley, ham, mushrooms
lunch- veggie soup
snack- a tablespoon of peanut butter and 6 cherry tomatoes with balsamic viniagrette
snack- (i cheated and had a small handful of cornpops....do I need to go back and redo this day? I couldnt help it!)
dinner- tofu, broccoli, fish
how does that sound?! Im also trying to work out a bit everyday, either run or do weights. yesterday i went for a run/walk with my dog and did some weights. any suggestions on how long it will take me to lose 10 pounds?
