7th day went down hill

Okay the 1st 5 days was like SB perfection so today I was extremly sick feeling like I was coming down w/ the flu or something. So I figured I need to eat something, and that something being carbs so I ate a grilled cheese sandwich 1 1/2 graham crackers and for dinner a cheeseburger which was homemade w/o all the bad stuff the mayo was light and the rest was good stuff even the bread was whole wheat. So the question is should I start fresh on the phase 1 and do the 2 weeks or just make sure I don't slip up for the rest of the week and do phase 2 after next week.
