Not the best this weekend...

So this is my first week of Phase 1. All week, I thought i was pretty good although i didn't feel like i was losing anything but it was my pms week so that could have been the culprit. We hosted a birthday party last night and i did cheat...knew i would. had some wine, some chicken wings and a little bit of sourdough bread with spinach dip. Was pretty good today and am getting back on track. Just wondering for the 2 week if there is anything else i should be doing to see more results?
I have another party on Saturday so I know there will be wine involved again....should i cut out the fat free cheese on my eggs in the morning? stop drinking the soy milk?

hopefully i'll see some sign of loss this week. One thing for sure is that I've had a good energy level all last week...well at least for the last few days.
