Honestly at work these days it's really hard but i'm doing my best.

Breakfast:

2 eggs, canadian bacon

snack: celery and low fat laughing cow

lunch: half a green pepper stuffed with canned ham with mustard and a V8

snack: brocoli and hummus and one small glass of fruit punch (i know, i know)

Dinner: Not sure yet...maybe MORE brocolli? any ideas so that i can feel like I did a better job today.

feeling pretty good (no it's thursday morning)

but for dinner we went and bought a spaghetti squash and i had that with my husbands amazing sauce...had some parmesan on that. For dessert i had plain yogurt and a sweetener.

i hope this way good.

but i am feeling a little more energetic although not like i'm losing weight at all. Minds you i usually exercise regularly and for the last 2 weeks i've been very slack. I was sick last week for a few days and this week am just really busy.

To be honest I love the plain yogurt with the sweetener. I'm not much of a 'sweets' person usually. I tend to crave salt and rice or couscous! LOL I like peanut butter but I buy the regular kind and I thought that I couldn't use that. I've been scared off of the natural kind since i was a kid and we had to eat it. I do have to ask though, how the heck do you mix yogurt and peanut butter together...with the peanut butter being so sticky and all?

I guess as far as exercise i've been easier lately on my body than i used to be. I used to run quite a bit, and work out with weights...since last spring i took a break from running to heal and started working out with a personal trainer. I do walk often around 5k or more. I do a great 3X a week workout...once a week pilates. love things like spinning and running so I'm supposed to be hopping back on board with all this stuff. Working out is usually the least of my problems because I've always always done it. I do typically end up taking a few weeks off throughout the year and maybe this is it.

Thanks for the support!

You should stick with natural peanut butter.
