Prepared soup - what can I have

Good afternoon!  I am in P1 and we are having company (4 adults, 3 children) all weekend, starting tonight.  For lunch one day I thought I'd give the kids chicken noodle soup and decided that I will have soup as well.  I do not want to make soup as I simply do not have time.  I tried a search but didn't see a list for canned (Campbell's, etc.) soups that are OK for P1.  I do have a Progresso minestrone, but it has potatoes and pasta.  I did read in another post that that is OK - just pick out the offending item.  Is that still true?  Would that be my best bet?  TIA!

The only soup we have found to be ok for phase 1 is Progresso Fat Free Lentil soup. Add a bit of parmesan cheese to improve the taste.

I think Amy's Organic Chili in Black Bean works. I remember Katy (who stopped posting here a few months ago, after she moved --- Katy, you out there??) used to list it in her journal all the time. It has no added sugars, 3 grams sugar per cup serving, and 15 grams of fiber per cup! It does have 200 calories per cup.
