Hello Everyone,
I'm so happy this group is still here. DH and I did SBD starting March 2005 from Singapore. With a lot of creativity, we both lost 25 pounds in a couple of months! Now we've moved to London and gained 15 pounds each during the move. Moving is always difficult, but this one was worse because we lived in a hotel for 5 1/2 months and now we are living in a serviced apartment still waiting for suitable accomodation! Eating healthy has been EXTREMELY difficult.
We have started WOE again on Jan 1. I'm actually not craving junk food...just want something different. I'm so jealous of all of the choices available in the US. Can you believe there is no all natural peanut butter here? Organic seems to be seen as healthy so EVERYTHING is organic. However, that certainly doesn't mean healthy. I'm so frustrated. I'm going to start having some fruit. Maybe an apple or a pear because I'm sick of having yogurt and mixed nuts as snacks! It amazing me how many healthy things you have in the US. It's nothing like that here. The selection is much worse than in Singapore. At least there, we could get Ezekiel english muffins, crystal light and Good Friends cereal!
I do well at planning my meals, but I'm going to have to slip into phase 2 and focus on eating phase 1 lunches and dinners. I need to go back to eating cereal in the morning and maybe a piece of fruit a couple of days per week.
Best of luck to everyone and thanks for listening!
Sheneq

Hi Sheneq,
It's so good to hear from you again.
Thanks Cathy for the encouragement! On the bright side, at least I have a fridge and microwave at work. Poor DH does not. What kind of company doesn't have a fridge and microwave?

Hi Sheneq and welcome back!
I wonder if you would be able to find almond or other nut 'butters' - maybe at health food stores.
I hope
