Hi there, I'm on day 3 and am wondering if miracle whip light is okey to have? I see mayo on the list but I prefer miracle whip...how about mustard? (straight up yellow mustard) and if I can use miracle whip light (which I already did today but for future reference) can I put olive oil on my veggies and bake them or is that too much oil/fat in one day? I see lots of postings about davinci syrup, what is it ya'll are doing with that stuff?? putting it in coffee? flavoring yogurt or ricotta cheese? I found some SF banana syrup today but it had 34g of sugar so I left it on the shelf. Also I bought regular cocoa powder and added it to some milk w/splenda, should I count the 20 calories into my 100 calories of *sweets* or am I making this more difficult than it should be and just count it as a milk product and move on? and! (sorry there are so many questions) I bought cool whip free...I assume this counts as a sweet and should be used towards the 100 calories?
