One more ? (this one's about milk)

One more question. I was so excited about the alcohol being legal as a cooking ingrediant, but I was wondering if I could get some suggestions about how to get my daily serving in of milk. We use 1% milk, but usually only to cook things with milk in them. I absolutely can't eat the plain vanilla yogurt, and I've tried every way possible to flavor it so I can choke it down, but just can't. I eat a lot of fat free cottage cheese, but that's not considered a milk right? So does anyone else have any suggestions as to how I can improve my milk intake on phase one without having to drink straight milk everyday. Thanks so much for all the help.

You're right, cottage cheese is not dairy on SB. Have you tried flavored soy milk? I love the cappuccino and chocolate soy milk by Soy Slender (it's sweetened with Splenda).
