I have been doing the sb diet for 7 days and I found the weekend to be very hard for me. Not because I am eating junk food or getting off track more because I don't eat as much. I have school on saturday's from 9 - 5 and don't have breaks (except 30 minutes for lunch) so I didn't have snacks and then sunday's are my only day to sleep in and so i wake up in the middle of the afternoon and I only ended up have breakfast (at noon) and dinner at 5 and didn't snack at all.
Any advice on how to keep the routine the same during the weekend as on the weekdays?
My menu is posted under the ijournal section if I could also get ideas on how to change it up and not feel like i eat the same thing everyday or if my menus are not good enough. I want to do everything right and I have lost 5 lbs so it feels right but I second guess myself a lot and would like any advice. I have learned a lot from reading other posts but still need a helping hand.
Thank you.
Kelly

I find it helpful to plan out what I should eat the day ahead. That way, when I'm hungry (or even when I'm not hungry) I can just look in my notebook & see what's on the menu!
Can you eat snacks during class? Celery, bell pepper & many other vegetables are easy to bring as a snack. When I was in college I would take boiled eggs to eat b/c they travel well (even though my fellow students didn't like the smell). What about yogurt or nuts?
GL! :)
Hi Kelly,
Any time there's a change in our schedule it seems to be a challenge.
Thanks for the help.
It is beauty school and we are only allowed bottled water because of the hair and product and they don't want food in front of clients and such so eating a satisfying lunch will have to do I could bring in V8 in a bottle anything liquid that has a top that can close is allowed. Never thought about bringing the V8 with me. Thanks for the help and for looking over my menus. I'll look over other menus and see what I can do to mix it up.
Thanks
Kelly
I would depend on nuts if I were you for now. You will have a few more options in phase 2.
