Hi everyone!!!

DH brought home some Polly-O ricotta yesterday and I had a chance to try it tonight. I want to thank whoever it was that suggested this brand to us...Luly, I think it was you..thank you SO much!!! There is a HUGE difference in the taste and the texture between this and the Sorrento brand. Tonight, for dessert, I had a caramel ricotta...yum!!! 1/2 cup of ricotta with about a teaspoon of the sf caramel DaVinci syrup...it was divine!!! I'm in ricotta heaven now!!! You guys are just so wonderful to share ideas and make suggestions. I don't think I would have made it 2 days on this plan without you!!!

And I so much appreciate it!!! This Polly-O is so good that I could almost eat it plain...well, almost..LOL!!! I will be going back to Walmart to pick up some other flavors of the sf DaVinci syrups..am pretty sure they had Raspberry and Kahlua too when I was there over the weekend. I still put it in the freezer for just a little bit because it reminds me of eating ice cream when it's practically frozen!!! Still need to try it warmed a bit in the micro, like Cathy suggested...in time, I'm sure I'll try it all different ways!!!

Where can you find polly o riccota. I don't like the desserts made with ricotta. I couldn't eat them. I just bought a bunch of packs of sugar free jello and a box of sugar free fudgesicles. I don't eat many sweets, but when you try to diet it seems like you want something sweet once in a while. Joyce

Joyce, we found the Polly-O ricotta at Publix. I think it is a Kraft product, but I'm not sure about that. The one we got is in a yellowish/golden color tub. I hope you are able to find it!!!
