I fell off! I tried Phase 1 for 2 days and quit! I went to Phase 2 instead. Whenever I eat I follow the SBD guidelines for the most part! But I know that some of the things I eat are not the best. I am addicted to potatoes! I REALLY want to quit eating so poorly! So my friend and I are going to start Phase 1 together! Would you mind checking my menu and let me know if this is OK? It has been awhile and the food list has changed!
Breakfast- Eggbeaters w/ mushrooms, V8, 1 cup milk
Snack- Tuna (lite mayo, mustard, horseradish,seasoning) wrapped in lettuce
Lunch- Grilled chicken, brussel sprouts w/ smart balance, 1 cup milk
Snack- 1 slice deli turkey, 1 dill pickle
Dinner- Boiled ham in canned black beans
Snack- sugar free jello
I may ask for help until I can get this new way of eating under control! LOL

I'm glad you're back.
It looks like you're on the right track, but if you are following phase 2 now, you need a fruit and a grain serving each day.

I think you might need more veggies. You have to get in 4.5 cups daily. I know it's hard, but it will help fill you up and detox.
