I Cheated ... and I need help

So last night I went to school and didn't have time to go home between work and school like normal and so I didn't have anything I could eat. I ate my snack kind of late so I thought I would be okay but when I was sitting at school I felt like I was going to throw up and got really hot and light headed. I was drinking a bottle of water and that helped a little but I went to the vending machine and they normally have coffee so I thought I would get some to hold me over until I got home.

They didn't have anything except sugar free peacan delights and laffy taffy sticks and doughnuts. The one time I need something out of it besides water they don't have it. So I bought the sugar free peacon delights. My first cheat after 9 days. I am not being hard on myself because I understand it was not a normal situation and now I am wondering if anybody has any helpful ideas that I could take with me as quick dinners that don't need more than a microwave to heat up or that don't really even need to be in the fridge.

I go to school 3 days a week and normally it isn't a problem but I don't want to have to cheat again just to keep from tossing my cookies. Sorry for the TMI.

So does anyone have quick recipes that are okay to not be in the fridge or that can be put in the microwave super fast?

I have a few more questions as well.

I heard that on any phase you can have as much lowfat milk as you want. I have only been having 2 cups a day because that is what I read on here. Are you suppose to drink more than 2 cups on all phases?

The other question I have is about eggs. Will you please look at my menu and tell me if I am eating to many eggs? I lost about 5 lbs as of Saturday but since then I have only lost 1 lb. I am trying to figure out if I am eating the wrong things and it has put me on a stop and I need to reevaluate what I am eating or if this is just normal.

Any help would be great thanks in advance.

Hi Kelly,

Big Hugs....

First off, since it was a sugar-free pecan candy thing you can count it towards your sweet treat calories.

Cathy,

Thank you for clearing that up for me on the milk and eggs. I am glad the pecan candy was okay I felt kind of guilty but now I don't. Not that I am going to just eat those now but every once in a while. It is good know there is a lot out there that I can eat and don't feel restricted and starving. Thanks for all the ideas. I went to the store last night and founds lots of stuff that I could premake and store and freeze I just need to get in the kitchen (which I couldn't cook before I started South Beach, or I had never tried) and make my meals for the week. I bought lots of veggies that I can cut up and use as sandwhich type stuff like the lettuce wraps and the turkey pickle rolls I read somewhere on here. I got those pouches of tuna fish and had one last night. Thanks so much again for all the information and thanks for the encouragement.
