Starting again after gaining 20 pounds!!

hey im 19 years old and i weigh 175 pds..im 5'4 i havent been like this is a min..im starting tomorrow!!..very strict!!
please help..give me menu ideas for breakfast lunch dinner and snack..thanx!!

Welcome to the board and congrats for putting forth the effort to make a new healthy you! (thats usually harder than the changing eating habits part of it I think!) Take an hour or two (or much more...lol) and read through some old posts here, there are so many questions answered in those or scroll down to the journals part and take a peek at what everyone else is eating, some great ideas in there too! For myself I usually have an egg in the morning with tom. juice (which I thought I would never drink but found I actually am enjoying it)..if you are looking for something quick make it a hard boiled egg but again there are tons of breakfast ideas on the board. Lunch meat and cheese wraps in lettuce would be a good idea if you are in school but apparently you have to wrap it all seperate or it gets icky (you'll find a post about it lol).
