But I was hoping you could help. I just returned from the store and I have some items that I think are ok, but want to check. TIA for your help!

Swiss Miss Diet hot cocoa
0 fat 2g sugar ingredients: nonfat dry milk, cocoa, calcium carbonate, modified whey, salt, sucralose, natural and artificial flavors, disodium phosphate, acesulfame potassium.

4C Totally Light 2 Go pink lemondate mix - 0 everything! Indredients: citric acid, natural lemon flavors, potassium citrate, ascorbic acid, sucralose, hydo. soybean oil, cellulose gumm mag. oxide

Dasani water, lemon flavored 0 everything, ingredients: filtered water, citric acid, natural flavors, potassium sorbate and potassium benzate, sodium citrate, sucralose, magnesium sulfate, acesulfame potassium clhorlide, salt

Also, I bought the Jim Bean regular bbq sauce, and I read on here that it was a good one to use. Is that right?

Is all pastrami lean? The lady at the deli counter said they only sell one kind of pastrami. So I got it, but I don't know if it's lean.

Thanks guys!!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
My DH is going to be so excited about the Dasani. He loves it and we thought it wasn't allowed, so for six days, he had none!
And since I am in chilly PA, I am going to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa after the kids are in bed tonight!!
Thanks again.

Cathy,
The Jim Beam bbq sauce has 2g of sugar per serving, so I think it's a keeper!
I am making some bbq pulled pork today, so I'll let you know how it turns out. I did find the homemade bbq sauce recipe on here and will try that next time.
I thought I read on here that the Jim Beam was ok. So I am happy that it works.
