Is the Tyson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast (packed in water) ok? I'm going to guess that it is since it has 0g carbs, 13g protein and only 0.5g of fat (0g Saturated Fat) per serving but just want to make sure.

I know!! It is a favorite in this house.

It's great to know it is allowed in Phase 1 since I tend to make it often for lunch for my 2 year old and myself. I just wont have it on bread ;o)

You can also buy an 8 pack of the larger cans in Cost-Co (Kirkland brand). I've been using this for years - I make a great chicken salad with half a can of beans, and diced veggies like red bell pepper, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, etc. DH gets this sent with him to work almost every day!
