Good morning all. I love this message board as it is so full of help and everyone is so friendly! Anyone know of a good coffee creamer. Everything I have found has sugar as first or second ingredient including FF half and half. I really miss my creamy coffee in the mornings.

Thanks,
Shelby

Even though fat-free half and half has sugar or corn syrup, it is allowed. We limit the quantity to 2 tablespoons per day. Try the Land-o-Lakes brand.

I just bought Coffeemates Sugar Free French Vanilla liquid creamer. Although it has Corn Syrup listed, it has a disclaimer stating that it adds only a trivial amount of sugar. So trivial apparently, that the Sugar Content is still 0.
I would assume this is ok after reading your earlier post to this question that the other (Fat free and half & half is ok if the sugar is less than......)
Am I right or am I out 3 dollars?! Ha!
Thanks!

Hi Julie,

Most of these types of creamers also contain hydorgenated oils.

Coffee Mate has a coffee creamer sweeten with splenda. I use it. There are just a few flavors, Hazelnut and french Vanilla. Hope that helps:)

Just be sure that it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils.
